WHY WE BUILT THIS
It started with a barber named Herb.
Herb has been cutting Cristian's hair for years. The kind of barber whose clients become regulars, whose regulars become friends. Every visit, somewhere between the fade and the finish, Herb would bring up something that wasn't working — a booking site that kept glitching, a reminder tool that stopped sending, software that charged more than it delivered.
Cristian is an engineer. He listened for years. Then one day it clicked: someone needed to build something better for people like Herb. Not another enterprise platform with a learning curve — something simple, text-first, with AI handling the back-and-forth as a virtual assistant.
Two days before Belén walked into a salon in person — because the booking site didn't work and support never answered — Cristian called her with the idea. Neither of them needed convincing. The idea was to build something bootstrapped, focused, and actually built for the trade industry — not adapted from something else.
The problem wasn't just Herb. It was anyone who built a skill with their hands, spent years mastering their craft, and didn't get into this to manage software. Talented people losing clients not because their work wasn't good — but because the systems around them kept getting in the way.
"We're building this for Herb. And for every Herb out there."
